Hey everyone, So I will just come out with it cause everyone is probably wondering what the hell went wrong against the Colts. Simply put we just didn't finish. That was a hard one to put to rest but we are working hard on the Panthers. A positive on a personal note is after 5 years of chasing Manning I finally was able to record a sack on him. Although I would gladly give it back to have won that game.

To get my mind off the lost I went hunting. This is my first year bow hunting so I was extremely excited to be out and draw back on a deer. So this is how it played out. I hunted all day. I was up in my stand early about 6 am. Wasn't able to get a shot off on one in the morning so I decided to spend my day in the stand. It got hot as hell so i figured when in Rome. For those who don't know when its hot deer don't tend to move. I didn't feel like moving either so I curled up under a nice big oak tree and took a nap for a couple of hours until it cooled off. To be honest it was one of the best naps that I have had in awhile.

The warm breeze and all the sounds that only the good lord can provide. So back to the hunt. Around 6:30 pm a nice doe wandered under my stand. I drew back as the doe was wondering from one side of the brush to the other. After the fourth time drawing back she finally came out of the brush. My heart was racing, my legs were shacking and I was as excited as the first time I saw a set of boobs. As I put the site pin on the target I could hardly hold it steady. As I released the arrow it flew at the target but came up just short. I shot just under her and ran off into the woods. I was pretty bummed, but it was awesome. I fell in love with bow hunting right there. But don't worry I will never give up my rifle. Remember one thing Make It Hot and Keep It Sexy
